Knocknock is a Columbia-only app for borrowing and lending items. Here is the simple version of how we handle your data.

• Your account info (name, Columbia email, phone number)
• Profile details (photo, interests, settings)
• Listings, requests/offers, match activity, and ratings
• Feedback/reports you send us
• Basic usage data (like listing created, offer accepted, etc.)
• Notification token (to send push notifications)

How we use it

• Run the app (accounts, listings, offers, matching, returns)
• Verify Columbia-only eligibility
• Show contact info only after an offer is accepted
• Send important notifications
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Keep the platform safe and prevent abuse

What we share

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We share only what is needed to run the marketplace and matched transactions.
• We use trusted providers (Firebase/Google Cloud) to power core app features.

Your choices

• Edit your profile/contact info in the app
• Control notifications in app + device settings
• Request account deletion at any time
